FEE STRUCTURE FOR 2024

Membership fees 2024

Van der Stel facility fee and club fee
R270 per term

Gymnastics South Africa (GSA), Western Cape, Cape Winelands registration (payable before end of February) – Annual fee due February
R650 competition gymnasts (level 4+)
R420 competition gymnasts (level 1-3) (can be upgraded later in the year)
R180 for 4 to 7 yr olds and non-competitive gymnasts that are not going to do any competitions (can be upgraded to competitive later in the year)

Coaching fees 2024

Coaching fees are due in advance.

Effectively a term is 8/9 weeks and if longer we use it for lost exercise time.

Rules for more than 1 child:

Oldest pays full

2^nd child pays less 10%

3^rd child pays less 20%

 * If you are paying per term and you pay before the start of term then there is a 5% discount from the term fees not the monthly fees. 

*The monthly fees are seen as  10 down payments over the year. 

*The terms fees are x 4 and divided by 10 (eg. 500pt x 4 = R2000 ÷ 10= 200 per month from January to November (June-July count as one month) with an additional R50 per month for admin as we prefer termly payments.) Rounded off

3/4 hour per week     R1100 per term or R490 per month

1 hour per week        R1300 per term or R570 per month

1.5 hours per week    R1500 per term or R650 per month

2 hours per week       R1600 per term or R690 per month

3 hours per week       R1750 per term or R750 per month

4 hours per week       R2000 per term or R850 per month

5 hours per week       R2500 per term or R1050 per month

6 hours per week       R3000 per term or R1250 per month

8-9 hours per week   R4000 per term or R1650 per month

10+ hours per week   R5000 per term or R2050 per month

NB MONTHLY FEES ONLY FOR GYMNASTS REGISTERED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR AND PROOF OF PAYMENT NEED TO BE SEND TO vdsgymnastics@gmail.com. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO HELP US KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PAYMENTS.

 Written notice of 20 business days’ need to be given. Should the notice fall within the term the full term fee is still due. If a monthly paying gymnast resigns the full term fee is still due.
